Akamaru is a visual kei band born in August 2018 in Toulouse. The band was first formed by Rei (vocal) and KyllE (drums).

Originally, Rei and KyllE wanted to do a show in their school in Toulouse and created Akamaru.

 

After that show, they decided to continue the band and started to think about creating their own songs and they thought about a big project of an album with their own artistic vision.

They looked for new members and after one year of research and a lot of fails, they decided to record their first songs on their own.

 In June 2020, two members entered in the band, Crowley (guitar) and Neiro (bass).

​

A show was planned but it got suddenly cancelled due to a bad weather and for everyone's security. 

​

New projects including an album are in preparation.
